Return Eligibility
To start a return, you can contact us at info@wigo.food. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@wigo.food
To be eligible for a return, the outer shipping box or envelope mailed to you must be unopened.
We work under a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, so if you are not satisfied with your order but a return is not applicable/possible, please contact info@wigo.food.Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of purchase.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process
